ABPPK is a network of inspiring friends and role models whose first priority is to help people achieve the best as they live a worthy life - one with meaning and purpose. The partners are committed to bringing a difference in people's lives by teaching practical and motivating knowledge.
As best as we can, we offer dynamic and effective leadership tools meant to empower people by recognizing that a sense of Vision and purpose are so essential for any successful life that can be treasured and cherished. Through workshops, talks, coaching, information materials in learning institutions, community/education centers and church groups, thousands, especially young people, have been touched across Kenya.
Whenever we visit a place, say a school, all we do is connect with the
participants in a love based and supportive manner, then we start with what they
know. In the process we learn from them and start building on what they have.
Eventually we ask them to change attitude-think differently, set goals and apply
themselves 100%.
ABPPK was born from Joseph Nyaisa in 2001 after participating in
a leadership program that was supported by United Nations Development program (UNDP-Kenya).
Since it's inception as The 5 Keys of Excellence project, ABPPK has
visited hundreds of high schools, community centers and colleges in Nairobi,
Rift valley and Eastern province in Kenya.
Joseph is Married to Irene Nyaisa, who has ignited a friendship with Arroyo and are working to make life-work better in two different cultures. Currently there are four partners in ABPPK with Joseph as the director.
A single significant thing is that ABPPK is committed to changing
lives of millions of young Kenyans who live in abject poverty. It is a long-term
goal (greatest Vision even after 100 years) that we can establish a micro
finance trust that can practically help young people in rural areas to secure
small amount of funds to initiate their own income-generating project.
