It provides your membership with a complete aggregated, objective and anonymous profile of the leadership strengths and weaknesses of your membership. We could even top it off with a short seminar tailored specifically to the findings from the research.
4. Free web links and information posted in our sites, who receive visitors from 80 countries worldwide to download practical management, strategy and leadership content.

We work this free services on a first come/first served limited basis, so act now!
What do we win from this? We have shared research and content freely through Internet with professionals from 80 countries for over 8 years. What we have found is that the more we share the more we learn, the more we learn the more value we have to share. For example, we have seen some patterns and opportunities to be more effective leaders evolve from our leadership survey. If your association performs the survey, your members will learn from the results and will have an opportunity to improve and get better results, and we will learn more from those results. Our cost is minimal, since we are setup for doing it. In the leadership survey case, the setup is done, it takes us 20 minutes make it available to your organization, results are tabulated automatically, and analysis takes us less than two hours.
In the case of publications, most of them are practical how to do it guides. People actually use them, they do not sit on the shelve. When people use them they voluntarily give us feedback on what works better, and from that feedback we learn and improve the publications.

Leadership Survey

I will like to offer, for free, to
perform a web based 2006 Leadership Strengths and Opportunities study for your
members.
I set up the INTERNET ADDRESS, and you send the link to your members via
e-mail. In 20 days you get a tabulated report from me that you can share with
all your membership and with the press. Or you provide the mailing list, and I
will send them the invitation under your auspice.
Members win by reviewing their leadership skills, and by understanding areas
for improvement, the Association wins since they will give a valuable service to
their membership and to society, I win because I learn about leadership
development opportunities for my research work and for further applications with
clients.
