Founder & Managing Director:                                       

Mr. Osama Hassan is the founder and the managing director of Osama Hassan & Co (Certified Accountants & Consultants); he has a distinguished hand on experience in the field of finance, information systems and management for more than 25 years.  Mr. Hassan started his career in the Egyptian army in which he was an Army officer from 1970 until 1979.  During this period, he expanded his security, intelligence, administrative and programming skills.  After leaving the army, Mr. Hassan worked in accounting, administrative and programmer/analyst positions in Kuwait until 1983.  In 1983, he took on his first management position outside the army, as head of the financial & computer section of Shark Al-Delta; the largest transportation company in Egypt. Afterwards, Mr. Hassan has held several management positions ranging from manager to general manager in the area of Finance and IT within the Makarem Group, which consists of twelve manufacturing and retail companies. In 1992, Mr. Hassan decided to start his own business in Egypt. Moreover, since 1994; Mr. Hassan has held senior consulting positions according to the collaboration agreement for Management, Financial and IT at El Serafi Certified accountants in Saudi Arabia. In 2000, he joined the SSAI at USA as System analyst and marketing manager in a contract base for two largest High Tec international projects. Mr. Hassan is a Certified Accountant (Category A) from 1989 and he is considered one of the top experts in Manufacturing and Retail Business; through his Consulting work, he developed and helped some of the leading Companies in increasing their profits and reaching their goals.

Education Qualifications:

Ø     Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Canterbury University - UK.

Ø     Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems Management, Business Management, Canterbury University -UK.

Ø     Master degree (postgraduate diploma) in Information Systems and computer science, Al-Azhar University (Faculty of Commerce) –Egypt.

Ø     Certified Accountant in Egypt, Ministry of finance.

Ø     Bachelor degree in Accounting, Faculty of Commerce – Cairo University-Egypt.

Ø     Bachelor degree in Military Science, Military College-Egypt.

• Thirdly:  Applications

-   Study the existing financial & management systems and identify the client requirements from various systems.

 

-   Compare the result of the study with the standards to achieve the targeted goals.

 

-   Study the documents cycle and design to determine which flow or design should be developed.

 

-   Study the existing top management reports which help the decision-makers in taking their decisions.

 

-   Follow-up the delivery and the implementation process of the systems.
